Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Rae of Sunshine. Every order is carefully packed and shipped with care. Many of our products are handmade or assembled in small batches, so we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Processing Time

• Ready-to-ship items are processed within 2–5 business days.

• Handmade, made-to-order, or personalized items are processed within 5–10 business days.

• During product launches, holidays, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States using USPS or UPS, depending on the size and destination of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Rae of Sunshine is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.

If your package appears to be lost, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier whenever possible.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can evaluate the situation and determine the best resolution.

Handmade Products

Many of our products are handmade. Slight variations in color, texture, pattern, or finish are normal and are part of what makes each piece unique.
